Eligible gift cards can now be used online!
Gift cards must be registered before using them to purchase tickets online.
Please follow the bellow instructions to use your gift card online.
Step 1: Create an account (or log into an existing account)
Begin by visiting our online ticketing page by clicking HERE
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of our online ticketing page.
Fill in your email address and chosen password.
Click register (if you have previously made an account, then you only need to log in).
Check your inbox for a email confirming your account and click the link to finish registration.
**email may be sent to junk folder
One account is verified, enter email and password and sign in.
Sept 2: Register your gift card
Click the menu icon Ξ in the top right or bottom right of the screen.
Then select “Register Card”
Input the 16 digit card number found on the back of the card.
*Note: Not all gift cards have the capability to be used online. Only cards with a 16 digit code can be used*
Input your first and last name, then click save. No other information is required.
Sept 3: Purchase tickets
Purchase method is dependant on gift card type
When purchasing tickets using free/prepaid tickets, you will be prompted to select free pass when selecting your seats. Then follow steps to complete checkout.
When using a gift card that has a cash value, select “Apply Gift/Loyalty” and enter the 16-digit card number. The credit should be applied and you will be emailed tickets when your transaction is completed.
